The second Rapido 40, Hull #02, was launched this morning, 18 August 2022.

The boat, Adamas*, was launched in HCMC Vietnam on the river for trials. Tomorrow it will move to Vung Tau on the coast for sea trials and early next week is expected to sail to Malaysia and Thailand.

Eventually, Hull #02 will sail to the Mediterranean.

*Adamas is a Greek word meaning invincible / unconquerable / indestructible. The word ‘diamond’ is derived from adamas.
