“She sailed like she was on rails”, said Bob Gleason
Bob Gleason from the Multihull Source recently sailed Rapido 40, Tri Me, for a week in Maine, USA.
After completing the week’s sojourn, Bob said “Sailing two-up with my wife Jane between Indian Town Island, Maine, and Gloucester, Massachusetts, Tri Me was powered up nicely and sailed like she was on rails under asymmetric and full main.
“The smiles spread wide as we watched the speedo dancing around 18 knots topping out at 18.3.
“On the mooring that evening we toasted our good sail with cold beer from the fridge and a stove-top chicken and pasta dinner.
“Speed is awesome, but so is comfort. To have both in such a refined package is simply remarkable.”
