La Grande Motte, France | 22–26 April 2026. Rapido Trimarans is proud to announce our participation at this year’s International Multihull Show in La Grande Motte, France.
La Grande Motte is one of the world’s premier events dedicated exclusively to multihulls.
Rapidos on display:
- Rapido 40 Racer – Hull #01 (had its shakedown regatta was in Malaysia in January. Now eyeing the European race calendar.)
- Rapido 40 Cruiser – Hull #09 (Performance mast configuration) (Rapido 40 #012, “Spike”, also with the performance mast, won the Caribbean Multihull Challenge in January.)
Following her competitive debut at the Royal Langkawi International Regatta six weeks ago, where she completed an intensive and successful shake-down series, the Rapido 40 Racer now makes her first major European appearance at the International Multihull Show.
La Grande Motte signals the beginning of her European campaign. From the dock, she transitions straight into the continental racing circuit. Full throttle.
The 2026 edition also marks an important milestone for Rapido: for the first time, two Rapido trimarans will be exhibited together internationally. Displayed side by side, the Racer and the Performance Cruiser present two distinct expressions of the same advanced platform.

Racer vs Cruiser — Experience the Difference
La Grande Motte offers a unique opportunity to step aboard both trimarans and explore the Rapido 40 concept in depth:
- Ocean-proven offshore capability
- Performance-driven design
- Advanced lightweight composite construction
- Folding trimaran versatility
The Racer is purpose-tuned for competitive sailing and engineered for speed without compromising structural integrity offshore.
The Cruiser, equipped with the performance mast, delivers fast, long-range passagemaking with comfortable, purpose-built accommodation.
Visitors will be able to compare deck ergonomics, interior layouts, and detailing — gaining clear insight into how the Rapido 40 platform adapts to different sailing ambitions while maintaining the same core DNA.
